Kinda frequency inverter applied in carving machine


1, Load feature
(1)  It is used to drive high speed motor, the maximum speed is about 24000RPM, correspond to 400Hz, the minimum speed is
       about 2000RPM.
(2)  It needs high torque at low speed.

2,  Requests for frequency inverters (VFD)
(1)  Wide range of operation frequency.
(2)  It needs multi-points V/f carve, which can control the output torque at different speed.
(3)  An external input ON/OFF signal will be used to start and stop the frequency inverter, an external input analog signal will be used
       to control the output frequency and it needs fault reset input signal and fault output signal.

4, Notices
(1)  To ensure the over current fault will not happen, the multi-points V/f setting in F4 group should be set base on real requests, the
       voltage points and frequency points should follow the rule of V/f1< V/f2< V/f3, and the voltage at low frequency cannot be set too
       big.
(2)  The motor’s parameters on the nameplate of carving machine should be set correctly in F2 group.
